We're opened only in the evening and we propose:
3 course meals:
including starter main course and dessert.
20 Euros 24 Euros including 1/2 bottle wine per personne.
4 course meals:
including starter, main course, cheese and dessert
23 Euros 27 Euros including 1/2 bottle wine per personne.
Every event is unique and we never create the same menu.
Indeed, my inspiration varies according to the mood and the availibility of local, seasonnal produced ingrédients.
During your stay we can organise local markets:
Mirepoix on mondays: Pretty historic town whose arcades shelter an ecclectic market, mixing local producters, art and fourberies of it's ponctual artists.
Bram on wednesday. Local producer market. Local butchers and farmer. Really good for food shopping.
Baraail butchers, boucherie chevaline, ducks and foies gras.
Friday Limoux.
Home of the local carnaval, Limoux offers a good variety of food producers, quincaillerie, clothing and a nicely animated town center arcades.
Saturday Revel. My favorite
Sunday Esperaza. All of the above with an hippy atmosphere which gives an holyday breeze to our c excurion. During the estival time a night maket is organised on mondays with musik...
